About Us:

Fittopia Wellness Studio is the newest addition to the Fittopia brand, offering physiotherapy, private Pilates, and our signature Fittopia AXIS Reformer group classes. AXIS is a modern, music-driven Pilates-inspired program designed to improve strength, alignment, and endurance. We are expanding and looking for reliable, high-energy AXIS Instructors to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are hiring instructors to lead our AXIS Reformer group classes. If you have a strong coaching presence, enjoy guiding clients through structured programming, and love a motivating studio environment, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation / Benefit:

  • $50 - $70 (Based on class volume) per 45-minute AXIS class
  • Performance-based year-end bonus
  • Free membership at Fittopia Fitness Center

Requirements:

Valid work permit in British Columbia

Fluent English for cueing

Group fitness or coaching experience (Pilates an asset but not required)

Confident, friendly, and motivating teaching style

Strong communication and reliability

Willingness to support studio cleanliness and professionalism

Training:

Full AXIS instructor training is provided for all successful applicants.

  • Mat Pilates Certification (preferred)
  • Reformer Pilates Certification (preferred)
  • Cadillac Pilates Certification (preferred)
  • Chair Pilates Certification (preferred)
