Hudson College has a growing alumni community that spans years and continents and is seeking a full-time **Alumni Coordinator **to lead efforts in strengthening, expanding, and re-establishing these connections. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outreach, excels at relationship-building, and has a talent for creating vibrant online and in-person engagement opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Build meaningful relationships** that inspire alumni to contribute as mentors and panellists for current students.
- **Organize impactful alumni events**, such as class reunions and industry networking sessions, to foster a sense of belonging and engagement.
- **Grow and manage alumni online platforms**, including LinkedIn and the school’s alumni site, to drive engagement and foster an active online community.
- **Encourage and motivate alumni to share their stories** to make a positive impact on fellow alumni and current students through their experiences.
- **Write and publish the annual alumni magazine** to share alumni achievements, feature their stories, and provide updates on the past year’s developments and events at the school.

**Important Notes**
- This role is fully in-person, working from our campus at 21 Ascot Avenue.
- Occasional evening and Saturday hours are required for special events.

Pay: $52,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
