About Us:
Pup City Doggy Daycare is a vibrant and pet-loving establishment dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for furry friends. We pride ourselves on offering top-notch care, engaging activities, and a welcoming atmosphere for dogs of all shapes and sizes. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a friendly and organized Client Care/Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our human and canine clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their dogs with enthusiasm and warmth as they enter the facility.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs for doggy daycare, ensuring accurate records are maintained. - Coordinate with the daycare staff to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for both clients and their dogs.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including handling transactions and processing payments.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, tours, and orientations for new clients. - Keep abreast of daycare activities, events, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with vaccination and health requirements for all dogs entering the facility. Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred. - Passion for dogs and a basic understanding of canine behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using office software.
- Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends and some holidays.
