- **Customer Service**_
- Greet customers as they walk into the store. Address their needs in a timely fashion. If the customer is in the store for chemicals, water testing etc, (front desk csr related) follow through with them completely until their needs are met
- Direct new sales of Spas, Hard Covers, Pools, Gazebos, Water Purifications and Sauna customers to the first available sales person
- Direct service and parts related clients over to the appropriate part of the building
- Direct customer phone calls to the proper areas.
- Help out with other departments as needed.
- **Development**_
- Learn and understand our product (mostly front desk csr related), but not limited to knowing all product as seen fit by your supervisor
- Learn and understand water chemistry.
- Waterlab - Test customers’ water. Recommend and sell customer required chemicals as specified by the water tests.
- Attend all staff meetings.
- Follow all policies and procedures set out by management in the employee and customer service handbook.
- **Showroom Maintenance**_
- Daily stocking of chemicals, filters, toys & accessories, clean showroom bathrooms, dust
- Daily topping up of spas with water, cleaning spas, testing and balancing showroom spas, detailing, drying spas/steps, cleaning price stands
- Weekly vacuum and steam cleaning of office carpets, front desk carpets and entrance rugs
- Weekly cleaning of store windows inside and out when weather permits
- Weekly sweeping and mopping of store floors
- Weekly dusting of chemical area & fake plants
- **Work Schedule**_
- 40 hour work week schedule.
- Must be available for work during all store hours. (Friday & Saturdays are a MUST)
- Full Time _**Permanent**_ Position.
- $14.50 per hour
- 90 day probationary period
