The Housekeeping Attendant reports to the Housekeeping Manager, Rooms Division Manager and Lodge Manager. **Preference is given to individuals willing to sign a 6 month contract.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms/cabins while adhering to company standards of cleanliness
- To clean and maintain guest common spaces
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas
- To assist with laundry as required
- To safely handle cleaning solutions and properly operate cleaning equipment
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Clean, stock, and maintain storage spaces
- Assist with guest requests as needed
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments

**About You**:

- Organized with great attention to detail
- Arrives to work on time and is present for all scheduled shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work safely with a variety of cleaning chemicals
- Must be able to work independently and within a team
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays
- SIN card and Visa requirement: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- WHIMIS certification (Are able to get a company discount on the course once you start. $ will be deducted from the paycheck. Will have to be completed within the first week of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
