Supervise the Compositing team in all creative efforts, ensuring the established style is followed and maintained throughout production.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment and assigning compositing tasks.
- Ensure the composting integrates seamlessly into the production’s overall style and contributes to the atmosphere and narrative.
- Review and approve artwork before submission and communicate retakes as needed.
- Address any creative or technical challenges related to compositing and ensure that solutions align with the overall production goals.
- Ensure deadlines and milestones are met as set by the Line Producer, Series Director, and Production department.
- Work with other departments to maintain continuity across production.
- Share knowledge and participate in department meetings, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Assist in recruiting and hiring team members as needed for the project.

**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of compositing experience in a supervisor role within 2D animation- A portfolio that demonstrates- Extensive experience using Flash for Compositing.- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve compositing issues- Keen eye for visual consistency, clarity, and quality to ensure that composited scenes align with the artistic vision and project standards.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to promote solutions, share knowledge, and incorporate feedback effectively.- Strong problem-solving abilities in both creative and technical aspects of compositing.

**Benefits**

**Pay Range**: CAD $ 1300 - 1500 $ per week

This salary range reflects our current expectations for these roles as of this posting’s date. Your final salary offer will consider various key factors, including your education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographical location, as well as the needs and requirements of the business.
