As an Area Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives in your designated territory. Your mission is to maintain and grow an existing dealer base, foster strong relationships with clients, and spearhead business development efforts. You will leverage your expertise in outside sales and account management to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. **What you’ll do**
- Maintain and grow an existing dealer base, as well as onboarding new dealers
- Develop and implement strategic plans for territory management, focusing on lead generation and direct sales.
- Cultivate relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective account management.
- Utilize CRM software, such as HubSpot, to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and forecast future sales trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and upselling initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Engage in cold calling and inside sales efforts to expand the customer base within your territory.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that boost brand visibility and drive demand.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the company and our clients.

**About you**
- You excel in face-to-face dealer sales, spending time on the road building connections and securing new business, with a talent for educating and influencing showroom staff and designers.
- A true team player, you collaborate well within a supportive environment while being self-driven to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- You naturally build long-term, trusted relationships and excel at matching products to the unique needs of each client.
- Creative and solutions-focused, you thrive in a fast-paced, premium bathroom solutions environment, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- You're open, honest, and trustworthy, conducting business with integrity while being willing to travel regularly
- You love a challenge and aren't afraid of the hard work.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience in bathroom product sales or similar (interior lighting, home appliances, furnishings, or flooring) will give you a competitive edge.
