**Position Overview**

The Analyst, Investment Product Strategic Support, will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Enoch Wealth's investment product offerings in Vancouver. This position involves strategic oversight of product development, due diligence, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality investment solutions that align with our clients' needs and the company's growth objectives.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Contribute to the development of sales strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- **Strategic Sales Support**: Collaborate with dealing representatives (front office team) to develop and implement strategies that effectively promote Enoch Wealth's alternative investment products
- **Product Expertise**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Enoch Wealth's full suite of investment offerings, encompassing Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Mortgage Investment Corporations (MICs), Hedge Funds, Venture Capital (VC) Funds, Private Debt Funds, Private Capital Funds, and Direct Investments.
- **Bilingual Presentations**: Deliver compelling pitch presentations in both English and Mandarin to effectively guide investment decisions and create meaningful client impact.
- **Client Engagement**: Support the sales team in client meetings by providing detailed information on investment products, addressing client inquiries, and tailoring investment solutions to meet specific client needs.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal departments, including compliance, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive messaging and adherence to regulatory standards across all sales materials and client communications.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and provide clients with timely insights into alternative investment opportunities.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their knowledge of alternative investment products and sales techniques, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, compliance, and external asset managers to facilitate product launches and ongoing product management.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all investment products comply with applicable regulations and internal policies, working in conjunction with the compliance department.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on alternative investments and product distribution.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for exempt market dealers in Canada.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in financial analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an asset due to our diverse client base.

**Application Process**

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
