Collins Capital is seeking an Investment Analyst to evaluate investment opportunities related to acquisitions of private companies, income producing real estate assets, real estate developments and loans. The Investment Analyst will make investment recommendations to the Co-Managing Director. This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing company with a strong team that values employee input. The Company will provide the Investment Analyst with continuing education, mentorship, and networking opportunities. This position is based in Vancouver with the option to work remotely. The Investment Analyst will report to the Co-Managing Director.

**Duties**:

- Analyzing a broad range of assets classes
- Underwriting investment opportunities by reviewing financial information, analyzing risk, and completing market research
- Networking with brokers and the business community and meeting with joint venture partners
- Keeping up to date on market trends and industry regulation changes
- Making investment recommendations to the Co-Managing Director
- Attending board of advisor meetings
- Contributing to the Company’s strategy and growth plan

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience analyzing investments with a focus on reviewing financial data
- Experience in financial modeling and preparing pro formas
- Strong command of excel
- Values driven individual
- Disciplined and self motivated
- Sets high standards
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Able to represent the Company well to partners and the investment community
