**Kantor Currency Exchange** is looking to hire a **part time Cashier / Customer Service Representative**. Kantor currently provides currency exchange, money transfer and cheque cashing services to our customers. We are looking for a motivated individual that will ensure the highest standards of customer service and will keep the workplace tidy and organized.

As the majority of our customers have Ukrainian or Eastern European background, the knowledge of Ukrainian or Polish language is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work as a part of busy team.
- Previous experience in financial services field is an asset.

**Major responsibilities will be**:

- Providing superior service to customers.
- Assisting customers with any questions or issues that arise.
- Promoting Kantor services to customers.
- Running a till and keeping track of foreign currencies in stock.
- Keeping daily transaction receipts and reports in a well-organized order.
- Keeping the workplace neat, clean and organized.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Day range:

- Weekend availability

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Polish (preferred)
