We are currently seeking a great, reliable, and dynamic Cashier to join the team. This is a key position that requires a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Overview**:
**What you will do in this role?**

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Assist customers in locating products and making recommendations
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Conduct product demonstrations when required
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries in person or over the phone
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborate and assisting kitchen and service teams

**Skills**
- Strong mathematical skills and basic computer system knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Problem solving and decision making
- Experience as a Retail Cashier is an asset
- Ability to handle moderate physical demands: standing for 8 hours, lift a medium size merchandise if required

**Experience**
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus
- Familiarity with technology sales and product demonstrations is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a bonus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

- sales: 1 year (required)
