**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for the prompt and accurate administration of vehicle inventory, transactions, and sales. Specifically:

- Engage directly with clients to sell related products at time of sale and time of delivery in supplement to vehicle sales processes
- Manage vehicle contracts
- Ensure all deals are funded promptly
- Ensure all units (New/Used/Demo) are registered to the Dealer guidelines
- Process all paperwork related to vehicle transactions
- Schedule deliveries and send work orders to prepare vehicle for customer pick up
- Create/document procedures & best practices for Sales Reception & Sales Coordinator

**About you**
- 1 to 2 years proven experience in administration
- Experience with direct-sales or selling related activities is an asset
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. Reynolds) is an asset
- working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- a proven commitment to quality of work
