**About This Opportunity**:
In this role you will support the development of departmental plans, including business, operational and/or organizational priorities. You will also work collaboratively to find new and innovative ways to move the business forward by leading, developing, and executing strategy throughout our customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple projects of moderate to high complexity
- Work closely with project team to deliver successful implementation and completion of customer initiatives
- Lead multiple routines and meetings, keeping them on track to ensure success
- Establish standardized project metrics and manipulate large amounts of data to make informed decisions

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations and/or consulting, preferably in consumer-packaged goods industry (including 1-2 years as an individual contributor)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, project schedules and forecasts
- Quantitative & analytical experience - strong understanding of Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited systems including Margin Minder, SAP, Microsoft Power BI is an asset
- Proven effective written, oral and financial storytelling skills
- Experience in managing and leading a team of direct & indirect reports
