The Appliance Shop is a young locally owned refurbished and scratch & dent appliance retail store. We are a customer service focused and a growth orientated company.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Swamper/Appliance Delivery Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery and installation of large appliances to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the loading and unloading of appliances onto delivery trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Provide physical assistance to the delivery driver during the delivery and installation process
- Communicate with customers to ensure a smooth delivery experience and address any questions or concerns
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on appliances as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform physical labour for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
