**Commitment**: Once a week

**Hours**: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Monday - Friday

**Mileage Reimbursement Provided**

**Position Overview**

Become a part of our caring team at the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) as a Meals on Wheels Driver. This fulfilling volunteer role allows you to significantly impact the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities within your community. By delivering nutritious meals, you will help promote independence and offer essential social interaction for those in need.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver meals to clients in a timely and friendly manner.
- Adhere to designated routes in the St. Thomas, Aylmer, Shedden/Southwold, and Port Stanley areas.
- Maintain VON privacy and confidentiality policies
- Provide a warm presence and engage in brief, positive conversations with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
- Completion of a police vulnerable sector check.
- A sincere desire to support and connect with seniors and adults with disabilities.
