**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on buildings and equipment.
- Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
- Install fixtures such as light fixtures, ceiling fans, and appliances.
- Handle carpentry tasks including door repairs, window installations, and cabinetry work.
- Assist with painting, drywall repair, and flooring installations.
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role in maintenance or repair work.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general home repair techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
