Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handy Man to join our team. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in our rental properties to ensure our tenants are pleased. This is a full-time position and will require a lot of experience and knowledge. We pay based off of your skill knowledge and reliability.

**Duties**:

- Conduct routine inspections of rental units to identify any maintenance or repair needed
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Being able to Macgyver tough repair situations
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Analyze maintenance repairs and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions
- **NEED TO HAVE A VEHICLE AND YOUR OWN TOOLS AND A G LICENCE**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
