We believe movement is medicine, and at **Coven Health Collective**, **Therapeutic Pilates** is one of the ways we help clients reconnect with their bodies. Our boutique studio space is nestled within a collaborative allied health clinic and creates a unique opportunity for a Pilates Professional to offer one-on-one mindful, clinical, and client-centered movement training in a setting where physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors and other allied health professionals work under one roof. Please note that manual therapists who ALSO provide pilates interventions are welcome and encouraged to apply

We’re looking for an experienced and heart-led **Pilates Professional** to join our team and bring a thoughtful, body-aware movement lens into our trauma-informed and therapeutic space.

This is not your typical studio role. We’re looking for someone who can partner with our practitioners to support pre
- and postnatal clients, pelvic health needs, injury recovery, and functional strength for all bodies.

Location: Coven Health Collective (Mission, Calgary, AB)
Availability: Flexible FT/ PT (days, evenings, weekends)

**Who You Are**:

**Your Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1:1 Pilates sessions with a focus on form, function, and breath
- Offer modifications for injury, pelvic health considerations, or limited mobility
- Maintain excellent communication with referring clinicians
- Contribute to a cohesive client experience from intake to follow-up
- Keep a clean, calming, and welcoming studio space
- Offer movement workshops or themed small group classes within your scope (if of interest to you)

**What We’re Looking For**:
Minimum Qualifications:

- Certified Pilates Instructor and/or Manual Therapist with Therapeutic Pilates training with relevant credentials (Mat required; Reformer is an asset)
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience
- Knowledge of anatomy, movement patterns, and injury-informed modifications
- Open to learning, collaborating, and being part of something meaningful

Bonus Points For:

- Familiarity with digital tools (Jane App, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Interest in advocacy, community outreach, or clinical education
- Experience in prenatal/postnatal, pelvic health, or rehabilitation support
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary care or clinical settings
