**Overview**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Network Analyst deploying, configuring, and supporting Network Infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet), including Routers and Switches, firewalls, wireless access points, wireless controllers, and other network devices.
- Experience providing L1/L2 support, troubleshooting connectivity and configuration issues.
- Experience utilizing ticketing system (i.e., ITSM, Remedy)
- Experience decommissioning Network routers and switches, wireless access points, and other network devices.
- Experience preparing and organizing new hardware prior to installation.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation of network configurations, changes, and incident resolution.
- Experience with asset management - tracking, maintenance, disposal
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English) is required.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and be able to work in Nanaimo, BC for the duration of the project.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
