We are growing and looking for a Client Service Administrator in our Barrie office.

**Role Responsibilities**:
This role is administrative and customer focused to specific clients. This role provides support and back up to the Third-Party Benefits Administrators.

**LOA Process Administration**
- Produce Benefit Payment Ledgers
- Update Change reports and upload files
- Track and record benefit payments
- Prepare active LOA Report
- Track RTW Employees and reinstate benefits
- Prepare waiver of premium reminders
- Provide warning letters for non-payment
- Monthly reporting to the client regarding all LOA’s and outstanding accounts
- Monthly audits of the clients LOA Recordkeeping
- Weekly audit of the clients benefit payroll deductions
- Submitting disability paperwork and providing volumes to the insurer
- Providing support to the team monthly for bill checking

**Other Duties as Assigned**

**Education**
- Some college, university education, or relevant business experience an asset.
- Grade 12 education or equivalent

**Experience**
- Experience in group benefits administration or human resources administration

**Qualification Competencies**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Attention to detail; proof reading abilities and mathematical aptitude required
- Bilingual, French and English an asset
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity
- Works well under pressure
- Possesses a positive attitude and works well as a member of a team
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A self-starter who shows appropriate level of initiative and creativity

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
