**Description**

Our Client is seeking a PMO Analyst to support an IS Infrastructure PMO Team with associated resource management requirements, contractor onboarding/off boarding, project and financial reporting and assisting with reconciling costs. The PMO Analyst will also provide the IT Contracts and IT Purchasing Team with administrative support such as creating Purchases Order requisitions via Oracle, reconciling and processing invoices through to payment, creating monthly billing reports to be submitted to our vendors, and other document management duties as necessary.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of directly related clerical and administrative experience
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience in information technology
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience in a project assistant role
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people
- Ability to learn and perform new tasks and technology quickly
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (including knowledge of macros, pivot tables)
- Excellent time management skills with superior planning and organizational skills

**Nice To Have Skills**
- A Business Administration diploma from a recognized technical institute, or a related University degree in Business would be considered an asset.
- Work experience in a project environment
- Experience with Oracle Financials and Project modules
- Experience with System Development Lifecycle,
- Experience with vendor management
- Knowledgeable with basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
