Job OverviewOrganization: EUI, Information Services, IS Infrastructure ServicesJob ID: 15999Location: Edmonton, Alberta, CanadaClosing Date: Jan 25, 2026Position Title: Analyst, IS Infrastructure PMOWeekly Hours of Work: 37.5Business Unit: Corporate ServicesResponsibilitiesPerform project governance by auditing projects, ensuring SDLC compliance, maintaining documentation, tools, and performance and resource utilization reporting.Administer and support project management tools, investigate and resolve related issues with internal teams.Deliver project and financial reporting, resolve discrepancies through analysis, and maintain project tools, templates, documentation, and permissions.Coordinate contractor resources through vendor postings, interviews, onboarding/offboarding, ensuring timely system access, processing onboarding/offboarding requests and extensions, upholding security standards.Provide initial and ongoing training and support to contingent project resources in PMO processes and effective use of PMO tools and dashboards.Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with preferred vendors and internal groups.Ensure compliance with shared mailbox processes, respond, provide follow‑ups, and identify conflicting requests.Support project governance reviews, coordinate financial information, reconcile financials, run weekly and monthly contractor time reports, and adjust timecards as required.Demonstrate high performance, discipline, attention to detail, safety, accountability, innovation, urgency, awareness, adaptability to change, and an easy‑to‑do‑business‑with approach.Perform other duties as required by the Manager, Infrastructure Program Delivery.QualificationsCompletion of a Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems Management (or related field) from a recognized post‑secondary educational institute.4+ years of directly related Project Management and/or Project Management Office experience with at least 2 years professional experience in Information Technology projects.Experience working in a Project Management Office environment is preferred.Understanding of basic accounting practices or accounting background.Detailed knowledge of project management related processes and procedures.Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, including macros, pivot tables).Experience as a SharePoint site owner or extensive use of SharePoint (permissions management and workflows) is preferred.Proficient in organizational, logical problem‑solving and mathematical skills.Ability to handle and complete multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.Ability to work with minimal supervision while managing and prioritizing individual workload.Ability to learn new tasks and technologies quickly.Additional InformationEPCOR employees are encouraged to apply using their '@epcor.com' email address to ensure proper consideration of internal seniority.
