The Parkside Hotel & Spa is currently seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven individual to join our team as a Recreation Attendant, with temporary Bell Person support duties.

This is a hybrid role to start, where you will assist with Bell Person responsibilities while also working as a Recreation Attendant. As we move into busier season (later spring) the role will fully transition into a Recreation Attendant position.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assists recreational guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Regular sanitization of chairs and high touch points between pool guests.
- Routine deep cleaning of gym, and pool equipment.
- Monitors pool activity to ensure best practice and adult only times are being upheld.
- Regularly communicates with Guest Services Team and Housekeeping Team regarding stocking of supplies.
- Assisting guests with their luggage.
- Delivering items to guest rooms as required.
- Ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Commitment to provide excellent service and exceed guests' expectation
- Other duties as required

What else we need from you:

- Customer service experience in a hotel setting would be amazing
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts.

Pay: From $21.37 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
