This is an entry level, 12 month-contract role, ideal for someone with an attentive eye for detail and strong data entry skills, where you will be supporting our Health & Dental Claims department.

Reporting to the Supervisor Claims Processing, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely data entry of medical, dental, HSA and wellness claims information into our in-house claims management system.

On an ad hoc basis, you will also be responsible for handling claim returns or papers that cannot be entered into the system.

The incumbent must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure and work professionally with all contacts while maintaining the confidentiality and security of client files and data and must adhere to specific rules and standards in protecting all information.

Success in this role would be the mastery of the processes you touch on a day-to-day basis. If you can solve problems quickly, on your own, you’ll have a chance to take on more responsibility with Manion.

**Qualifications**
- Highschool Diploma
- 1-3 years related experience
- Must possess good customer service skills, be team oriented and cooperative
- Computer literate - working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Demonstrated flair for detail, highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong organizational skills and able to meet deadlines
- Self motivated and able to work well with mínimal supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

This is a full-time, contract position working out of our Etobicoke office, on a hybrid basis. Your work week will be 37.5 hours a week, working weekdays for 7.5 hours daily, with occasional overtime.
