**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain records, files, and documentation
- Perform data verification and quality control checks to ensure accuracy
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed
- Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed to support business operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Complete other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a data entry or administrative assistant
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, or Slack is a plus

**Working Conditions**:
This is a remote, work-from-home position. The Data Entry Administrative Virtual Assistant will be required to provide their own computer and reliable high-speed internet access. They must be available to work during standard business hours, with some flexibility for occasional meetings outside of these hours.
