Ross Video powers video production for billions of global viewers daily with the industry’s widest range of smart production solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources team to lead our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) program and initiatives.
The ED&I Program Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that is responsible for the implementation of Ross Video’s ED&I governance framework and execution of all ED&I related initiatives, in alignment with corporate global strategies.

**What the job is all about**:
- Oversee the formation of the ED&I governance framework and committee; consult with ED&I Executive Sponsors, Committee Members, Regional Implementation Champions, and project teams to ensure appropriate design and roll-out of ED&I initiatives.
- Lead ED&I initiative design, including ensuring ED&I is embedded into HR & corporate programs; integrate an ED&I lens into talent acquisition, performance management, career development, retention and succession strategies.
- Implement the ED&I action plan with measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze key data to provide critical inclusion and diversity measurement and reporting, including representation, for required regulatory reporting.
- Stay up to date on current ED&I practices; scan the external environment for potential ED&I partnerships appropriate for Ross Video.
**Who you are**:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience in an HR team.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing ED&I for global companies.
- Experience in change management methodologies; experience with collecting, analyzing, and reporting on quantitative and qualitative data related to ED&I
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, including Senior Management.
- Ability to deal with confidential information with a high degree of diplomacy; ability to build trusted relationships
- Skilled at facilitating respectful discussions about sensitive topics that raise contrary views.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong-working knowledge of MS-Office package and general computer software
Ross Video enjoys a hybrid work environment. This position ideally requires occasional on-site presence in our Ottawa office with working from home possible most of the time. Occasional travel to visit remote client group locations may be required.
