Are you ready to be a part of thrilling events and ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience? Western Canada Security is looking for energetic and reliable Event Security Guards to join our dynamic team
- **What You'll Do**:_
- **Keep It Safe**: Patrol event venues and monitor for any security issues.
- **Enforce the Fun**: Make sure everyone follows event rules to keep things orderly.
- **Be the Hero**: Respond to emergencies and handle disturbances calmly.
- **Assist Guests**: Help out attendees and event staff with any needs.
- **Write It Down**:Report daily activities and any incidents.
- **What We're Looking For**:_
- **Licensed Professionals**: Valid Security Guard license required.
- **Experienced**: Prior security or law enforcement or 2+ years’ experience in the security industry is a plus.
- **Observant**: Sharp eyes and quick problem-solving skills.
- **Communicator**: Excellent communication and people skills.
- **Flexible**: Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- **Fit**: Able to stand and patrol for long periods.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- security: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
