**Saskatoon Motor Products **is an AutoCanada dealership.** We are looking for a **Receptionist **to join our team. Reporting to the** **Controller, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, general office duties, and being the face and voice of our Dealership. First impressions are a driving force in business and therefore, your demeanor, knowledge, and helpfulness are extremely influential when representing our brand.

**Please note this is a full-time position.**

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors in person or on the phone with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Provide visitors with an exceptional customer experience by greeting each customer personally and guiding them to the right person within the dealership.
- Ensure visitors are comfortable and are attended to.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including signing out dealer plate, copying and scanning documents.
- Maintain and prepare meeting rooms.
- Maintain tidiness of common areas.
- Monitor inventory and assist with maintaining various dealership supplies.
- Answer, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner.
- Other duties as required.

**Your Capabilities**
- Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two to three (2-3) years Reception experience preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is considered an asset.
- Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate information accurately, clearly, and as intended.
- Accurate and efficient typing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products (ie: MS excel, MS word, SharePoint, Google sheets, Google docs, Google drive, etc.) and able to quickly adapt to new technologies deployed by the department and across the company.
- Phenomenal interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Sound, practical business judgment, and a problem-solving, client focused, results oriented approach.
- Excellent document creation, reviewing and proofreading skills with a high level of proficiency related to business correspondence and communications.
- Process-oriented; superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Results-driven and career focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful.
- Punctual and dependable.
