Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Associate. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in both English and Spanish. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in multiple languages and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Hiring full-time bilingual customer service representatives with flexible availability.

Applicants must speak fluent English and Spanish.

This is a bilingual position. This is not a sales position.

Clean and comfortable environment in a office located right downtown Hamilton.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- fluent Spanish and English (preferred)
