We are looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to join our firm.

Full Time or Part-time, Schedule is flexible.

Qualifications:

- must be familiar with PCLaw (5+ years experience using PCLaw)
- must be familiar with Law Society of Ontario rules and be able to perform bookkeeping services in compliance with those requirements
- diploma/certificate in accounting field is an asset

Job Responsibilities
- month-end/year-end closing
- payroll preparation
- reconcile trust account and general account
- opening and closing files
- process real estate deals
- work with banks
- prepare financial reports

Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits package available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
