**Job Location(s)**:

- Carp, Ontario

HTSC is seeking a **Quality Assurance Officer** to ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company policies. You will conduct audits, implement corrective actions, maintain quality documentation, and support training initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal and external audits to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Develop and deliver quality assurance training programs.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance operational quality and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of aviation quality assurance experience is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and QMS/SMS.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications are an asset.
