We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team—a leader with the expertise to manage multiple projects, oversee budgets and schedules, and collaborate effectively with clients, site teams, and trades.

**Role Overview**

As a Project Manager at Rescom Homes, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end residential construction projects. Reporting to the Vice President, Residential, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on project management experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Management & Execution_
- Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Develop, track, and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to industry best practices.
- Anticipate risks and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication_
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with designers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with consultants and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with codes and permits.
- Team Leadership & Coordination _
- Lead and mentor project teams
- Assign responsibilities and ensure accountability across all project phases.
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Administration & Reporting _
- Prepare and manage contracts, scopes of work, and change orders.
- Conduct site meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
- Approve and track subcontractor invoices, timecards, and material costs.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Must-Have Qualifications _

✔ 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Alberta building codes.
✔ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and budgets.
✔ Experience with budgeting, estimating, and cost control.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, MS Project, Procore).
✔ Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Nice-to-Have Skills _

➕ PMP or Gold Seal Certification.
➕ Experience in complex custom home construction or large-scale renovations.
➕ Familiarity with sustainable building practices and energy-efficient designs.

Pay: $95,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
