**What Will You Do?**

You will assist with commercial flooring installations, with responsibilities tailored to your experience level:
**For Less Experienced Workers (1-2 years experience)**
- Assisting senior installers with preparation and general labour
- Cleaning and preparing job sites
- Mixing mortars and adhesives
- Grouting tile installations
- Basic concrete grinding and patching
- Handling materials and site cleanup

**For More Experienced Workers (3-5 years experience)**
- Leading installation of various flooring types (tile, carpet, resilient, etc.)
- Performing advanced concrete grinding, leveling, and dry-pack work
- Reading and interpreting construction blueprints
- Managing on-site materials and workflow
- Training and mentoring junior team members

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Have **1-5 years of experience** in flooring or construction
- Hold a **valid driver’s license** and have access to a vehicle
- Be comfortable using a **smartphone for communication apps**:

- Be open to **travel for work** (company covers expenses)

**Preferred But Not Required Experience**:

- Floor covering installation (carpet, vinyl, tile, hardwood)
- Floor prep (grinding, patching, leveling)
- Concrete finishing
- Construction blueprint reading
- Safety training / First Aid certification

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
