Logistics and Warehouse Specialist

Position: Logistics and Warehouse Specialist

Reports to: Service Manager or assign supervisor by Service Manger

Wage: $19 to $22 per hour

Job Duties Include:

- Loading and unloading of material at the shop, yard and assigned jobsites, using material handling equipment
- Complete deliveries and pickups as requested using van, truck and/or trailer within G Licence limitations
- Maintain inventory levels for all construction and service parts
- Update stock lists at shop, yard, and off-site inventory locations
- Complete purchase orders requests to maintain stock levels
- Organize and maintain a clean shop, yard, assigned jobsites and service vehicles
- Assist in material disposal and bin removal
- Assist in maintaining metal bins to maximize value
- Disassembly old/return parts to maximize re-sale of used parts
- Restock excess construction material to maximize re-sale
- Prepare orders, picking parts and organizing materials for pickup by delivery personnel
- Restock service vehicles as required
- Assist in vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance program
- Complete any other task assigned by management or supervisor

Working Hours:

- Monday to Thursday 7am to 4 pm
- Friday 7 am to 3pm
- Overtime required when assigned by management, depending on operational requirements
- Longer then 8 hours be day required depending on operational requirements
