**Job Summary**

We want to add a full-time entry-level **Accounting Technician** who is energetic and a self-starter to our growing team in our Saskatoon location. **Responsibilities**
- Accurately entering invoices
- Perform cheque runs and set up electronic payments.
- Prepare deposits.
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Reconciling intercompany AP and AR
- Responding to intercompany and external inquiries
- Weekly reporting for budgeting and cash management
- Monthly and year end reconciliations as needed.
- Providing backup support for payroll

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Pay works
- QuickBooks Enterprise
- Multi company experience - **an asset**
- Understanding of payroll functions
- Understanding of AR & AP functions
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong degree of confidentiality
- Post - Secondary certificate or diploma or work equivalent - an asset.
