**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or order pads
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation quality
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, adhering to food safety protocols
- Refill drinks, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for all guests
- Follow all food safety guidelines and proper hygiene practices during service
**Experience**
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of the food industry, including menu items and beverage options
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Experience in serving, food handling, or barista roles is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
