**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. You will be responsible for managing multiple tables while providing friendly and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Adhere to all food handling guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Experience with cash handling is an advantage.

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
