**Assistant Controlleur(euse) / Controlleur(euse)**

Poste permanent, à temps plein dans un environnement dynamique.

En tant que membre du service Finance et comptabilité votre rôle consistera à:
**Responsabilités**
- Préparer les états financiers (mensuels et annuls) et assurer la pertinence et la cohérence des entrées comptables
- Réaliser des analyses financières en lien avec les états financiers mensuels et analyser les écarts budgétaires.
- Veiller à l’amélioration continue des processus internes sous-jacents
- Préparation des conciliations bancaires, du rapport de commissions et des rapports gouvernementaux
- Agir à titre d’usager expert des différentes plateformes comptables (ERP, Business Intelligence, etc.) dans un contexte multidevises.
- Valider les documents de remises gouvernementales.
- Participer activement à la préparation du dossier annuel d’audit pour les auditeurs externes et soutenir ces derniers dans leur processus d’audit.
- Participer activement à la préparation des différents dossiers d’audits gouvernementaux.
- Participer activement à l’inventaire de fin d’année.
- Préparer divers rapports selon les besoins des gestionnaires.
- Assister le VP Finance dans différents dossiers stratégiques d’amélioration continue.
- Supporter et être une personne ressource à l’équipe de comptabilité.

**Exigences et compétences**
- Minimum de 5 années d'expérience;
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité (un atout);
- Bonne capacité à travailler de façon efficace et autonome;
- Aptitudes et connaissances comptables des NCECF;
- Excel niveau avancé (table pivot, Vlookup, Macros)
- Bonne connaissance de systeme ERP (essentiel);
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office;
- Minutie, structure et esprit d’équipe
- Bilinguisme, à l'aise tant en anglais qu'en français (écrit et oral).

- **Assistant Controller / Financal Controller**

Permanent position, full time in a dynamic environment.

As a member of the Finance and Accounting Department your role will be to:
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare financial statements (monthly and annual) and ensure the relevance and consistency of accounting entries.
- Conduct financial analyzes related to monthly financial statements and analyze budget variances.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the underlying internal processes.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations, committee reports and government reports
- Act as an expert user of the various accounting platforms (ERP, Business Intelligence, etc.) in a multi-currency context.
- Validate government remittance documents.
- Actively participate in the preparation of the annual audit file for the external auditors and support them in their audit process.
- Actively participate in the preparation of various government audit files.
- Participate actively in yearend inventory.
- Prepare various reports according to the needs of managers.
- Assist the VP Finance in various strategic files of continuous improvement.
- Support and act as resource for accounting team.

**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum 5 years of experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (an asset);
- Good ability to work effectively and independently;
- Accounting skills and knowledge of accounting standards;
- Excel advanced level (Pivot table, Vlookup and Macros).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (essential);
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Detailed, structured and team spirit;
- Bilingual - English and French (written and spoken).

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift
