As the Financial Controller of the Dana TM4 Boucherville site, you will report directly to the Electrification Group Controller and will be responsible for all financial reporting, fiscal aspects, internal controls, budgetary controls and cost accounting while working closely with Dana’s head office in Maumee, Ohio.

**Your mandate: revolutionize the world of transportation, while**:

- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including tax filings, benefits and payroll transactions, etc. Accounts payable and receivable being handled by the corporate office.
- Prepares all financial reports for the annual budget and periodic forecasts (budget revisions) requested by the head office.
- Preparing financial reports for research tax credits and government grants to help fund R&D efforts.
- Communicating with all department heads to complete periodic and year-end reports for operations and division management
- Assisting in the design and implementation of procedures within the operations to ensure financial integrity
- Organizing financial vision and strategies that are consistent with the overall strategic direction of the company and in compliance with Canadian ASPE
- Maintaining adequate internal controls based on risk management
- Providing business analysis on trends, issues and developments that could impact results
- Contributing to strategic thinking to develop the long-term business plan
- Any other related tasks

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
- 8-10 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- International experience or experience working in a large organization required
- Experience reporting at a financial level to a publicly traded company in the US
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Hyperion Financial management (HFM) an asset
- Detail oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and proven aptitude for numbers
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with various levels of the organization both inside and outside of Dana
- Autonomous and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Bilingualism in French and English is required
