TikTal is a dedicated TikTok influencer marketing and talent agency. We support brands launch creative activations leveraging the power of video. We are on a mission to deliver memorable stories in a native format and looking for people to join us on the mission.

**What you will be doing**
- Craft and oversee strategies for all Marketing teams, including Social Media, PR, and Creatives.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and features)
- Prepare monthly marketing budget and monthly report.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans and conduct interviews

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within an advertising agency
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing roles with a proven successful track record
- Excellent communication skills and proactiveness.
- Great interest in social media, especially TikTok.
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Interest in working with TikTok influencers and brands.
- Motivation to gain quick experience in the social media advertisement industry.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
