We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate individual to join our team as a **Customer & Logistics Services Specialist.**
**The Opportunity**:
Working within the Purchasing team, the **Customer & Logistics Services Specialist** will be responsible for the following:
- Sales data analysis / forecasting, stock control liaison, order logistics;
- Liaise with vendors, freight forwards and customs brokers to ensure a seamless order to cash cycle
- Monitor orders vs. estimates monthly, responding to exceptions with collaborative discussions and addressing monthly plan revisions accordingly;
- Assist sales/purchasing forecast rollup by accounts & vendor (Natl Acct’s & Specialty);
- Communication between all departments on sales related activities;
- Weekly/Monthly reports that facilitate actions to grow sales;
- Content portal management of assigned accounts;
- Participation in sales & purchasing meetings;
- Database integrity within internal SharePoint & vendors;
- Sales presentations & templates for specific accounts;
- Help develop WEB integration;
- Order management/EDI with specified accounts
- Identify areas of improvement;
- Follow/recommend processes; and
- Other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms;
- Prior experience in customer service and vendor communications;
- Previous experience in working with retailers, e-tailers, and vendors related to the business is preferred; and
- Experience with market terminology and portals is preferred.
**The Requirements**:
- 5+ years of prior working experience in a retail or wholesale corporate environment as a Sales Analyst, Replenishment Analyst, Inventory Analyst, Demand Planner, Allocation Analyst, or a similar role is required;
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required;
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills;
- Possess excellent analytical skills, with a high attention to detail;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; and
- Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
