Description du poste As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the flow of information between the customer base and the Planning / Dispatch group to ensure timely execution of service. Whatyou’reresponsible for: Manage inbound communications with customers and drivers/carriers. Create orders in the system to be managed by the Planning / Dispatch department. Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations. Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, customs paperwork, labels, etc.). Track orders in the system through to completion. Support Supply Chain Analyst objectives. Collaborate with the Inventory Management team to reconcile inventory systems. Qualifications To join our team: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). You have experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination. You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are proficientin logistics software (WMS/TMS), Excel, and ERP systems. You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure. You have knowledge of shipping regulations and international logistics.
