**POSITION: FULL TIME SECRETARY (35 hours/ week)**

**LOCATION: Creighton Youth Centre - Kenora, Ontario**

**CLOSING DATE: May 10, 2025**

**POSITION STATUS**:

- This position is to begin in June. The position is responsible to provide administrative support for the facility, to staff and management while situated within the facility. We are committed to being a trauma-informed agency; we put this knowledge into practice with youth, families, and staff as well as with our community partners.

**QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS**:

- Completed post-secondary education in Office Administration
- Ability to operate a computer and display intermediate to advanced skill when using software programs for word processing, database, and spreadsheets
- Ability to prioritize tasks and have attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain accurate records
- Maintain files and coordinate schedules for licensing purposes
- Demonstrate above average verbal and written communications skills
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License

**SALARY**:$24.09-$27.11 per hour

**BENEFITS**:Full benefit package provided for family or individual that includes group health, dental, long term disability, insurance, RRSP with company match, 4 weeks’ vacation to start
