Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for people and processes? Downtown AutoGroup is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our brand new, state-of-the-art Autoplex facility in Downtown Toronto

**Your Role**

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in a wide range of human resources & compliance functions.

You will:

- oversee our recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including conducting pre-screening, coordinating interviews, and managing our applicant tracking system.
- implement and facilitate a consistent onboarding process for all employees, including conducting orientation sessions and coordinating required documentation/training.
- provide thoughtful support and guidance to our employees regarding HR matters
- work closely with our HR Director and General Counsel to prepare employment agreements, job descriptions, performance improvement plans and other related documents.
- participate in performance management meetings
- oversee and implement health and safety program
- assist our HR Director and General Counsel with administrative tasks and assignments as required

**Key Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an HR Coordinator role at a fast-paced organization
- Proficient in managing hiring processes and onboarding
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points
