Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, the Kitchen Expo is responsible for communicating orders and information between the front of house and back of the house, and ensures that orders are delivered by food runners or servers in a timely organized manner. Their role is crucial for proper food management and process functionality.

The Employee must be prepared to work in a fast paced, high pressured work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. A high attention to detail to detail is required.

**TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Check dishes before delivery for accuracy and presentation, communicating any needs to the Kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Communication with Front of House when orders are ready and what tables they need to go to.
- Ensure front of house staff run food orders from kitchen to the designated table, bowling lane, or other facility as needed.
- Accept orders from Skip the Dishes/Uber Eats and pack items in an orderly and timely manner
- Preforms additional responsibilities as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
- Provide support to fellow colleagues, including jumping on line if needed to help complete orders, or assisting the dishwasher with cleaning duties during slower periods.

**REQUIREMENTS/COMPENTENCIES**
- Criminal Record Check
- Food Safe Level 1 (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Restaurant experience
