Belleville's is looking for an Expo/Food Runner to join our team for the Spring season and onwards We are a high-volume restaurant with a heavy focus on customer service and providing a fun, inclusive environment for guests and staff alike.

For this role, you should have strong communication, organization, and people skills. Our goal is to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but we are happy to train hardworking individuals with customer service skills.

The Food Runner primary responsibilities are: assisting with restaurant opening/closing, organizing bills, garnishing & delivering food to tables or delivery partners, and maintaining the overall stock and cleanliness of the Expo station. They are an important point of communication between the kitchen and Servers, and a key role for ensuring all food leaving the kitchen is of high quality.

This role is also trainable entry point into Serving and Bartending positions, for which we promote semi-annually based on performance.

**Requirements**:

- Weekend availability - Sundays are a must, can be flexible on Fridays or Saturdays.
- Good physical condition to walk and stand throughout your shift, as well as being able to carry products, dish bins, ice, etc.
- Works well in a team environment. We have a large and diverse staff, so respect and inclusion are important to us.

We are currently hiring for 1 AM Expo and 1 PM Expo. The schedule would be pretty consistent week to week with guaranteed hours. We open at 8:00 AM and close the kitchen around 11:00 PM. AM Expo typically runs 7:30AM-3:30 PM, and PM Expo runs from 4:00 PM to - 11:30 PM (later in the summer).

In addition to hourly income, the Expo/Food Runner receives tip pool, 50% staff discount and 25% discount for friends and family.
