We are currently looking gor a contractor for snow removal at one of our locations. Must have own equipment, salt is provided. please contact us for exact location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and walkways
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of snow plow equipment
- Monitor weather conditions and respond accordingly to changing snow and ice conditions
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Clear snow and ice from designated areas using hand tools as needed
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines for snow plowing operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including cold temperatures and heavy snowfall
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required

Note: This position may also involve other landscape maintenance duties such as tree care, tree trimming, garden maintenance, etc.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newmarket, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
