**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Set up banquet tables, chairs, and decorations according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness of the dining area and maintain organization throughout the event.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operation during events.
- Break down banquet setups after events, including cleaning dishes and resetting spaces for future use.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant settings preferred; background in hospitality is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food service practices, including food handling and preparation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bartending experience is a nice-to-have but not required.
