**The Opportunity**:
We are changing the way people buy and service cars one dealership at a time. In business for over 30 years, PBS is the third largest DMS (Dealership Management System) provider to the North American retail automotive industry. Each month we welcome hundreds of new users to our software platform, and we need your help.

After you join the team, we will continue the process of moving you into new roles based on your talents, growth, and interests.
**The Role**:
As a DTO Coordinator, you'll oversee daily operations, track milestones, and provide reports to support data-driven decisions and process improvements. You will manage the onboarding process, including orientation and training, to ensure new employees integrate smoothly. Additionally, you'll assist with DTO projects, support team leads and managers, and commit to ongoing education to stay current with industry best practices.
This is an 18-month contract (covering maternity leave) with the possibility for extension or to become permanent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting & Analysis: Generate training metrics and performance reports using Guides and manual databases to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Documentation & SOP Development: Develop and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures), ensuring consistency and clarity across silos.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to DTO projects by organizing meetings, managing timelines, and drafting communication materials.
- Manager & Team Lead Support: Support team leads and managers with task standardization, prioritization, and problem-solving.
- Workplace Culture & Team Collaboration: Promote a positive, collaborative work environment and organize team events to boost morale.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Experience in coordination or onboarding roles
- Experience in process improvements and SOPs
- 1-2 years of experience in HR/Employee Relations is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VBA knowledge is an asset)
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Proven ability to analyze and generate reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within North America if needed; valid driver’s license and passport are required
- Ability to work non-standard hours if needed
