We are searching for four (4) Marketing Managers to lead our Agricultural, Transportation, Service and Construction Products portfolios. Brandt invests heavily in product development and is committed to launching new products that impact our customers’ way of doing business. As part of the Product Strategy team, these roles will lead our go-to-market efforts for all of different product lines in each division.

You’ll own the unique value proposition of our Products, the market segmentation, and product positioning. You are obsessed with delivering the right message to the right customer at the right moment. Ultimately, you’ll be the voice of the customer within the company. You are someone who loves to solve problems and help people discover products that will make their work and lives better.

You will work closely with our Product Planning and Engineering teams to build a differentiated and compelling product offering that solves critical pain points for our customers. You will ensure that the technical message is clear for new Products and work with the Sales team and Marketing team to present the value and benefits to potential customers. You’ll align the Marketing team in nurturing a product through its launch, providing consistent direction and vision along the way. These positions will be in either of our Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, or Edmonton Branch locations.

**Required Skills**:

- Develop product messaging and positioning documents that serve as the keystone for internal and external sales assets, marketing campaigns, web copy, creative briefs, and presentations.
- Serve as the product champion and thought partner to the account management, creative services, digital, and multimedia teams in the development and execution of marketing materials that align with and support business strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Advertising Account Manager to guide and develop the ideal content and positioning for campaigns. Ensure product narratives resonate with our customer and speak to their challenges and pain points.
- Enable our Sales team to position products in the market through training materials that solidify our value proposition.
- Report to senior leadership, business unit leaders, sales and other stakeholders on marketing opportunities and performance.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to better understand customer behaviors, market insights, and competitive intelligence to unlock insights and help grow the business and translating their needs into opportunities for product strategy.
- Identify market opportunities and act as the primary thought-leader for the products you support, including presenting to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
